Sinotech Modular Housing Co., Ltd. is an inter-
national housing industry park invested by five
large private enterprises and established by the
cooperation of Intech Building Co.,Ltd, a member
co***ny of ***M(China National Building Material Group Corporation )
and Changzhou People¡¯s Government. The first period investment is
250 million yuan, with 60,000 m2 factory building and the total con-
struction covers 33 acres. An estimated total investment of 1 bill-
ion yuan to form a total planned area of 165 acres of International
Housing Industry Park.
